I have been trying to access the Zone on FireFox for a while now, and it keeps telling me that I need to install plug-ins. Which plug-ins do I need to install? Thanks for the help.

I believe you will need the quicktime plugin in order to get the sounds. Click on the link below that message about the message. I was able to get it working, so I can help you if you want.
